Farm Kid’s Camp, June 9-12
If you’re looking for a summer day camp for kids at the farm for your 4-14 year old, it’s here! Farm camp offers a unique opportunity for kids to immerse themselves in the world of regenerative agriculture, animals, and nature.
Camps are Monday through Thursday, starting your day with drop off at 9 am. Pickup is at 2:30 pm (with a must-pickup time of 3pm). The weekly cost is $240 per child, with special discounts available for siblings. Payment plans are available.
Tailored lessons cater to each child's abilities, ensuring a rewarding experience for all. Whether your child is a budding farmer or simply loves being outdoors and animals, farm camp offers something for every age and interest.
Our goal is to instill a love for regenerative agriculture in children, empowering them to connect with nature and understand the importance of sustainable living.
The basics:
- $240 for Monday-Thursday
- Drop off begins at 9:00, we will begin activities at 9:30.
- Pickup begins at 2:30 and kids must be picked up by 3:00.
- Ages 4-14 years.
- Pack a sack lunch for picnics.
- Please bring one snack (additional snacks will be gathered from the garden).
What to Expect:
- Animal husbandry lessons covering a variety of farm animals including horses and ponies, dairy cows, pigs, laying hens, meat birds, bunnies, and livestock guardian dogs.
- Hands-on experience milking cows.
- Forest foraging and plant identification.
- Introduction to market gardening, cover crops, and soil health.

- Basic building skills.
- Creative flower preservation techniques.
Items to bring daily:
- A notebook or sketch pad for nature drawings (I will provide all other art supplies).
- Sunscreen and bug spray should be applied prior to arrival.
- Snacks and a sack lunch.
- Refillable water bottle.
- Fresh towel.
- Come dressed in your swimsuit with clothes over it.
- Extra change of clothes.
- Life jacket.
