- Beefs are priced by packaged weight rather than hanging weight, so you only pay for what you bring home.
- Half Beefs are approximately 190lbs in take home meat.
- Cut sheets and butcher fees are included with each purchase.

- A nonrefundable deposit for $1,200 is required to reserve your beef.
- Approximate total for a half beef: $2,375.
- The remaining balance will be due before delivery.
