  • Quarter hogs are $10/lb. This means your bacon, hams, roasts, and ground meat are all $9-10/lb rather than ranging from $15-10/lb if you were buying individual retail cuts.
  • Hogs are priced by packaged weight rather than hanging weight, so you only pay for what you bring home.
  • Hogs are processed between 250-300 lbs. You can expect to get back 60% from pen (live weight) to plate (packaged weight). Example: For a quarter hog, you can expect back approximately 34 lbs of pork for a total of $340. Exact amounts will vary depending on the live weight of hogs at harvest.
  • Custom cut sheets, butcher fees, and smoking/curing are included with each purchase. Add-ons, which include summer sausage, snack sticks, fresh brats, and patties, are an additional charge that will be added to your total.

QUARTER HOG

  • Loin: 11lbs of pork chops
  • Ribs: 1.5lbs of spare ribs 
  • Ham: 7.5lbs of ham (1/4 ham, ham steaks, or sandwich ham)
  • Bacon: 3.5lbs 
  • Shoulder/Roast: 4.5lbs of roast or country style ribs
  • Ground Pork and/or breakfast sausage: 6lbs
  • Equals approximately: 34lbs total 


A nonrefundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your hog.

The remaining balance is due before delivery/pickup.
