  • Whole beefs are $12.50/lb. This means your filets, ribeyes, all other steaks, ribs and roasts are $12.50/lb rather than $16-$39/lb if you were buying individual retail cuts. 
  • Beefs are priced by packaged weight rather than hanging weight, so you only pay for what you bring home. 
  • Whole Beefs are approximately 400lbs in take home meat. 
  • Cut sheets and butcher fees are included with each purchase. 
  • Don’t know how you want your beef cut? I’m happy to walk you through the process to ensure you get exactly what you want. 
  • A nonrefundable deposit for $2,000 is required to reserve your beef. 
  • Approximate total for a whole beef: $5,000.
  • The remaining balance will be due before delivery.
