- Whole hogs are $9/lb. This means your bacon, hams, roasts, and ground meat are all $9/lb rather than ranging from $15-10/lb if you were buying individual retail cuts.
- Hogs are priced by packaged weight rather than hanging weight, so you only pay for what you bring home.
- Hogs are processed between 250-300 lbs. You can expect to get back 60% from pen (live weight) to plate (packaged weight). Example: For a whole hog processed at 275 lbs, you would get back 137.5 lbs of pork for a total of $1,237.5. Exact amounts will vary depending on the live weight of hogs at harvest.
- Custom cut sheets, butcher fees, and smoking/curing are included with each purchase. Add-ons, which include summer sausage, snack sticks, fresh brats, and patties, are an additional charge that will be added to your total.

- Loin: 40lbs of pork chops (2 chops per pack, 33 packs)
- Tenderloin: 1lb (1 tenderloin)
- Ribs: 6lbs of spare ribs (2 packs)
- Ham: 20lbs of ham (1 whole or 2 half hams, ham steaks (1-2lb packs), or sandwich ham (1lb packs)
- Bacon: 14lbs (14 1lb packs)
- Shoulder/Roast: 18lbs of roast or country style ribs (roasts: 4-5lbs each, country style ribs: 2 per pack)
- Ground pork, breakfast sausage, or add-ons: 30 pounds
- Lard, bones, offal (organs): 9lbs *optional*
- Equals approximately: 138lbs total
A non refundable deposit of $300 is required to reserve your hog.
The remaining balance will be due before pickup/delivery.
