- Quarter beefs are $13.50/lb. This means your filets, ribeyes, all other steaks, ribs, and roasts are $13.50/lb rather than $16-$39/lb if you were buying individual retail cuts.
- Beefs are priced by packaged weight rather than hanging weight, so you only pay for what you bring home.
- Half Beefs are approximately 100lbs in take home meat.
- Cut sheets and butcher fees are included with each purchase.

- A nonrefundable deposit for $675 is required to reserve your beef.
- Approximate total for a half beef: $1,350.
- The remaining balance will be due before delivery.
