Quarter beefs are $14/lb. This means your filets, ribeyes, all other steaks, ribs, and roasts are $14/lb rather than $16-$39/lb if you were buying individual retail cuts.
Beefs are priced by packaged weight rather than hanging weight, so you only pay for what you bring home.
Half Beefs are approximately 90lbs in take home meat.
Cut sheets and butcher fees are included with each purchase.

A nonrefundable deposit for $600 is required to reserve your beef.
Approximate total for a half beef: $1,330.
The remaining balance will be due before delivery.
